In 2000 the company was renamed to Infinigate, reflecting the infinite possibilities of the Internet and on being the gate to get there. Since 2002 Infinigate has been concentrating its portfolio and services on security solutions to protect and defend IT networks and data. In 2007 Infinigate acquired the Scandinavian Nocom Security Group.
