Rotkreuz/Stockholm - Infinigate, a leading Value Added Distributor for IT Security Solutions, is strengthening its presence in Scandinavia by taking over Nocom Security, which is present in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Infinigate expands its presence in the Scandinavian market by acquiring the Nocom Security Group from the listed Nocom AB. Both parties agreed to not comment on the purchase price. Nocom Security is present in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Nocom Security is one of the leading IT Security Value Added Distributors in Scandinavia with a strong regional presence. Both strategy and product portfolio of Nocom Security and Infinigate match in a nearly perfect manner and will lead to substantial synergies.

After having become one of the leading IT Security VADs in Central Europe, Infinigate will now gain the same position in Scandinavia following the acquisition.
