Zero Trust in the age of AI-supported cyberattacks: Why companies need to act now<\/h2>\r\n \r\n \r\n

The zero-trust approach is not just a buzzword, but a necessary response to a radically changed threat environment. According to the latest SonicWall Cyber Threat Report 2025, the situation has worsened dramatically: companies were the target of critical attacks for an average of 68 days. IoT attacks increased by 124% and encrypted threats by 93%. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), often the backbone of the economy but with limited security resources, are particularly affected.<\/p>\n

Zero Trust means: never trust, always verify. Every access – whether internal or external – is consistently checked. Micro-segmentation, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and role-specific access controls are central elements of this model.
