Die Beschreibung und der Ablauf des jeweiligen Gewinnspiels erfolgen im Rahmen der jeweiligen Gewinnspielaktion der Infinigate (Schweiz) AG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Gewinnspiel wird von der Infinigate (Schweiz) AG mit Sitz in der Grundstrasse 14, 6343 Rotkreuz, durchgef\u00fchrt. Mit Teilnahme an diesem Gewinnspiel best\u00e4tigen Sie Ihr Einverst\u00e4ndnis mit diesen Teilnahmebedingungen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sollten einzelne Punkte der Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam sein, bleibt die G\u00fcltigkeit der \u00fcbrigen Teilnahme- und Durchf\u00fchrungsbedingungen hiervon unber\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teilnahmebedingungen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teilnahmeberechtigt an diesem Gewinnspiel sind ausschliesslich Teilnehmende mit einem Mindestalter von 18 Jahren sowie Partner der Infinigate (Schweiz) AG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teilnahmeberechtige k\u00f6nnen an dem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen, indem sie das Onboarding-Formular einsenden (1 Los). Die bereitgestellten Informationen werden f\u00fcr die Kontaktierung der Teilnehmer sowie f\u00fcr die Zustellung und Verwaltung des Gewinns verwendet. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist es der Infinigate (Schweiz) AG gestattet, die Teilnehmenden per E-Mail zu kontaktieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Teilnahmeschluss ist der 31. M\u00e4rz 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist kostenfrei.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Infinigate (Schweiz) AG beh\u00e4lt sich vor, Teilnehmenden, die gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen verstossen oder durch technische Manipulation versuchen, das Gewinnspiel zu beeinflussen, von diesem auszuschliessen. Im Falle eines Ausschlusses vom Gewinnspiel k\u00f6nnen Gewinne auch noch nachtr\u00e4glich aberkannt und zur\u00fcckgefordert werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Gewinnvergabe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der Gewinner wird ausgelost und innerhalb von einem Tag nach Teilnahmeschluss per E-Mail kontaktiert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wird der Gewinn innerhalb von f\u00fcnf Tagen weder angenommen noch auf die Verlosung reagiert, beh\u00e4lt sich die Infinigate (Schweiz) AG das Recht vor, den Gewinn anderen Teilnehmenden zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns ist nicht m\u00f6glich. Der Preis ist nicht \u00fcbertragbar oder austauschbar. The description and procedure of the respective competition are provided as part of the respective competition campaign of Infinigate (Switzerland) AG.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The competition is organised by Infinigate (Switzerland) AG, based at Grundstrasse 14, 6343 Rotkreuz. By participating in this competition, you confirm your agreement with these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should individual points of the terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation and implementation shall remain unaffected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Terms and conditions of participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only participants aged 18 or over and partners of Infinigate (Switzerland) AG are eligible to take part in this competition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible participants can enter the competition by submitting the onboarding form (1 entry). The information provided will be used to contact participants and to deliver and administer the prize. Infinigate (Switzerland) AG is also permitted to contact participants by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The closing date for entries is 31 March 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation in the competition is free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infinigate (Switzerland) AG reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the conditions of participation or attempt to influence the competition through technical manipulation. In the event of exclusion from the competition, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prize distribution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email within one day of the closing date for entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the prize is not accepted or no response to the draw is received within five days, Infinigate (Switzerland) AG reserves the right to make the prize available to other participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
