Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is open to people aged 18 or over.
2. By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant (“Entrant” or “You” or “Your” as representative of the Entrant) agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Infinigate, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Prize Draw. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Prize Draw is opened to participants who follow one of Infinigate Group’s official social media channels.
4. Infinigate employees or their family members are not allowed to enter the Prize Draw.
5. Infinigate shall use and take care of any personal information You supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal and business information in order to process and contact You about Your Prize Draw entry and for the purpose outlined in those Terms and Conditions.
6. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the form and submit your first and last name, the name of your company, company email address and social media handle. This entry will trigger Your acceptance to these Terms and Conditions.
7. Infinigate accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Infinigate.
8. The closing date for entries is at the end of each day’s competition at 21:59 GMT / 22:59 CEST / 22:59 EEST. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.
9. One (1) winner will be chosen from a random draw of the entries for each day’s competition, received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed at random by Infinigate.
10. The Prize Draw is on 28th March 2024 at 12:00 GMT / 13:00 CEST / 14:00 EEST.
11. The winners will receive a large luxury chocolate gift set (the “Prize”).
12. The winners will be notified by email on 28th March 2024. If a winner does not respond within three (3) days of being notified by Infinigate then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Infinigate shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within three (3) days or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
13. If a winner rejects their Prize or is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and Infinigate shall be entitled to select another winner.
14. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
15. Infinigate accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize.
16. The name of the winner can be obtained after 28th March 2024 by emailing studio@Infinigate.com.
17. Infinigate retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.
18. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate on Infinigate’ reasonable request. The winner ensure that Infinigate and its affiliated will be allowed to use, both before or after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, Your company’s logo for publicity purposes (in any medium available now or in the future) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all Entrants consent to the same.
19. Infinigate accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Infinigate further accepts no liabilities for any injury or damage to Your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or third-parties links in connection with the Prize Draw and or this link provided by Infinigate in accordance with the Terms of Use. Nothing in the in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Infinigate for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
20. Infinigate reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud) and to amend those Terms and Conditions. The decision of Infinigate in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
21. Infinigate shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
22. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and Entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
