Rotkreuz-Switzerland – 17th June 2014: The Infinigate Group, one of Europe's leading VADs (Value Added Distributors) of IT Security solutions, today announced that it has signed a new distribution agreement across EMEA with Dell Software, with a focus on delivering its security and relevant network and management technologies. Following Dell's recent privatisation, the vendor is increasing its investment in a significant software and services portfolio including security solutions and the channel has been recognised as playing a central role in its go-to-market strategy. This agreement is designed to support Infinigate in delivering end-to-end solutions for Dell Software and gives its resellers an opportunity to participate in Dell's new channel strategy and build business opportunities with a world-leading brand.
The distribution agreement covers Dell's software portfolio. Infinigate will focus on security and related management solutions within this portfolio that are most commercially appropriate, and complement the existing business, on a country-by-country basis across its European operations in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Dell Software has appointed the Infinigate Group as its European security distributor based on its value added services, specialist expertise, and established track record in supporting partners in deploying advanced security solutions. Building on its existing partnership with Dell SonicWALL, Infinigate will provide full service delivery and support for Dell Software; from consultancy, pre- and post-sales, to marketing, training and technical support for partners.
