Pre-Sales Consultant Infinigate UK&I are seeking an outstanding Pre-Sales Consultant to deliver high level consultancy to our channel partners. The successful candidate will be joining our driven Sales Team based in South Cerny. This role is primarily responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to Infinigate’s customers, building awareness of the market and providing partner led sales and technical training. Please note that this role is based in our offices in South Cerney. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to hold a clean driving license and have access to a vehicle. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days in office or business travel. Duties & Responsibilities Channel Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (e.g., resellers, system integrators, managed service providers) across the UK. Understand the business needs and goals of channel partners to deliver tailored pre-sales support and solutions. Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to channel partners (and on occasion their customers), highlighting key features, benefits, and use cases. Ensure that presentations are tailored to the specific needs of the partner’s customer base and verticals. Pre-Sales Support: Assist channel partners with proposal creation, including providing technical input, solution design, and value proposition. Respond to technical queries and RFIs/RFPs, ensuring all product and solution specifications are accurately communicated. Support channel partners during the sales cycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of technical content. Training and Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure channel partners are well-versed in the company’s product portfolio and sales process. Provide ongoing product education and support, keeping partners up to date with new releases, features, and industry trends. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the channel sales team to understand account strategies and provide necessary technical input for targeted sales efforts. Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the channel partner ecosystem. Market Intelligence and Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from partners and customers to understand market trends, product performance, and customer requirements. Provide insights to the product and marketing teams to help inform product development and go-to-market strategies. Support Channel Partner Growth: Help identify and qualify new channel partners, participating in the onboarding and ramp-up process. Support the growth and success of existing channel partners through strategic guidance and operational assistance. General Skills Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate and present clear technical messages to all levels of customer and internal resource Ability to work individually and as part of a team Experience with supporting any of our existing Vendor solutions Accreditations / Certifications within any of our vendor solutions or competing products Industry recognised advanced level certifications in the relevant fields Personal requirements Aptitude for time management and organisation Confident delivering results in a sales environment Adaptable attitude and mode of working Benefits UP to £55,000 base salary + £10,000 variable = £65,000 OTE per annum 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays.
