Young, ambitious, and driven with a strong focus on collaboration, growth, and development. Your Role As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will kickstart your career in cybersecurity sales. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, vendors and partners to learn the ins & outs of the cybersecurity market, while gradually building your own network and portfolio. This role is designed for someone who is eager to grow, learn fast, and make impact from day one. What you’ll do Support in identifying and onboarding new partners & vendors Build and maintain relationships with existing partners Assist in developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities Collaborate with sales, marketing and vendor teams on campaigns and initiatives Learn to position and sell cybersecurity solutions in the market Support and gradually lead presentations and product introductions Follow up on leads and opportunities in collaboration with senior team members Help manage pipeline, forecasts and CRM data Assist in preparing quotes and coordinating with pre-sales Gain hands-on experience in deal registration and partner programs What you bring 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or IT (or strong motivation to grow in this field) Strong interest in cybersecurity and technology Commercial mindset and eagerness to learn Good communication skills and confidence to engage with customers Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized You have a driver’s license B What you’ll get A full-time job (40 hours a week) with plenty of room for own initiative within a young and dynamic team A good, and certainly competitive, remuneration We are a compact company with a personal approach.
