This role is responsible for managing all sales operation requirements for the Managed Service Provider / Global Systems Integrator sales team, delivering a high quality customer experience and driving excellent customer satisfaction, by working closely with the relevant Infinigate teams, including but not limited to, Sales Leads, Product Management, Technical Solution Specialists, Inside Sales, Finance, Legal, Service and Support , Supply Chain and Logistics.

You would also be supporting the onboarding of new customers, including the handling of contractual process negotiations and working with the relevant Infinigate stakeholders as well as supporting the Infinigate sales leads to recruit new Infinigate customers and work ethically in line with the company standards.  This would be whilst adhering to company policy and working to the company ISO Quality Management system (9001 certification) and company security management system (27001 certification) at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Infinigate sales leads with bid proposals by compiling, creating  and completing supporting documentation
  • Assisting the Infinigate sales leads with complex project delivery
  • Assisting the Infinigate sales leads with complex quotes
  • Assisting the Infinigate Sales leads with reporting needs and data presentation
  • Liaising with key Infinigate departments and maintaining an excellent working relationship with these functions
  • Working closely with the internal sales team to manage customers back orders.
  • Assisting Sales leads with forecast management and obtain status updates of run rate opportunities.
  • Attending regular internal, and at times external, reviews with sales leads.
  • Assisting with Finance queries, reconciliations and liaising with customer for payment of invoices
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the Infinigate business processes, as well as the relevant Infinigate’ vendors business processes.
  • Ability to identify and support up sell and cross sell opportunities to the Infinigate sales lead.  
  • Maintaining and updating customer information on CRM system
  • Achieving required vendor certifications 
  • Attending Vendor and Infinigate training sessions

General Skills

  • Advanced product and basic technical knowledge and understanding of the Core Infinigate product portfolio.
  • The ability to work effectively in all customer segments (from SMB to Enterprise & Telco)
  • Professional and effective communication skills, high regard for customer service along with priority management and planning skills
  • Defined skills in MS applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Previous experience of IT systems for quotation configuration, sales orders, and CRM
  • Understanding IT channel sales process
