Infinigate Belgium is looking for 2 additional inside sales colleagues with a focus on cybersecurity and secure networking.

As an Inside Sales, you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our resellers. You are central to the communication between them and our organization and you ensure that their needs and questions are quickly and efficiently answered. Your goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and exceed sales objectives. You are not only the first point of contact for our resellers but also a crucial link in our sales strategy.

As a specialist in value-add distribution, management, and maintenance of software and hardware license contracts, we work with over 3,000 large and medium-sized organizations throughout the Benelux region.


  • You specialize in 2 to 5 product lines within cybersecurity (netsec, identity, cloud security, secure networking).
  • You manage a number of resellers within a specific product line.
  • You actively seek new resellers in the market.
  • You collaborate with the business development manager to create scripts for call-out actions.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of the business models related to the product lines you are responsible for and stay updated on monthly changes.
  • You create new quotes and renewal quotes, aiming to close deals through follow-up phone calls.
  • Willingness to engage in upselling and cross-selling over the phone is crucial.
  • You work with account managers and business development managers to achieve the set sales targets.
  • You participate in call-out days with the entire team.
  • You maintain accurate records in the CRM and ERP systems.

Expected Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in an economic or technical field is preferred.
  • Interest and knowledge in the IT sector are a plus. Knowledge of cybersecurity is even better!
  • You speak and write Dutch and English, and you are not afraid to speak some French.
  • MS Office holds few secrets for you. You are willing to further develop your Excel skills.
  • You enjoy making phone calls.
  • You can work independently and have a sense of initiative.
  • Attention to detail.
  • We welcome juniors with a sales mindset, drive, and energy.
  • You have a valid driver’s license (B).
