Key insights include: AI and productivity concerns: 42% of employees now use GenAI at work, but many worry about job security (30%) or experience AI-fueled imposter syndrome (27%). Resenteeism and presenteeism: Nearly half of employees feel disengaged or “performative” at work, highlighting the need for recognition and autonomy. Flexibility is key: Younger generations prioritize workplace flexibility, with 53–54% willing to switch jobs to gain it.
