*AI to Atlas – Journey to Marrakesh Programme – Terms and Conditions

1. The AI to Atlas – Journey to Marrakesh (“The Programme”) covers the incentives and the prize draw organised by Infinigate to reward partners for participating to the Juniper The AI to Atlas – Journey to Marrakesh incentive.
2. “The Programme” is open to all non-Elite or Channel Managed Select Partners with a valid Juniper Networks VAR ID and Infinigate Account.
3. To enter “The Programme” and be eligible for the incentives and participation to the Prize Draw, you must complete “The Programme” Entry form, as well as ensuring that your Infinigate representative/account manager reports any Juniper opportunities that meet the thresholds that are stated in these terms and conditions.
4. By entering “The Programme”, each entrant (“Entrant” or “You” or “Your” as representative of the Entrant) agrees to abide by these “Terms & Conditions” and by the decisions of Infinigate, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to “The Programme”. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
   
   The Prize 
5. The Prize awarded in “The Programme” is 2 nights experience of innovation, insights and strategic connections at the Juniper Networks Event in Marrakech. (Hotel, Food and Drink Included / Flights and travel are not included)
6. The Prize Winners, selected at random will be awarded 2 places on “The Programme” experience
7. The Partner will select 1 Partner representative to attend “The Programme” experience and 1 qualifying end-user customer – see term 11 for details
   
   Partner Eligibility
8. Signed up, qualifying partners will earn prize draw entry tickets for registering an approved deal within the Juniper Networks Deal Registration tool.  Partners will accrue 1 Draw Entry per – Deal Registration over $125k for Net New logo  OR Deal Registration over $275k for Existing logo
9. Partners will earn additional tickets for placing purchase orders with Infinigate during the incentive period, with 2 tickets earned for every sales order of $75k for Net New logo or Sales order of $125k for Existing logo
10. Both existing partner pipeline & net new partner pipeline must fall within Juniper Networks Enterprise Customer vertical
    
    End Customer Eligibility
11. Qualifying end-users must have a qualifying deal which is registered with Juniper Networks under the Deal Registration process over $125k for Net New logo OR over $275k for Existing logo OR have placed a PO with the winning partner of $75k for Net New logo or Sales order of $125k for Existing logo
    
    General Terms
12. Infinigate shall use and take care of any personal information You supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy and in accordance with data protection legislation.
13. By entering the Program, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal and business information in order to process and contact You about Your rewards and Prize Draw entry and for the purpose outlined in those Terms and Conditions.
14. Infinigate employees are not allowed to enter the Programme
15. Infinigate accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Infinigate.
16. The starting date of the Programme is the 1^st July 2025 and the closing date for entries is on the 30th of September until 13:00pm Central European Time.
17.  Entries received after this time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
18. The Prize Draw winners will be allocated by means of an independently adjudicated draw, on 2^nd October 2025.
19. The winners will be notified by email on 3rd October 2025. If a winner does not respond within three (3) working days of being notified by Infinigate then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and Infinigate shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within three (3) working days or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
20. If a winner rejects their Prize or is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and Infinigate shall be entitled to select another winner.
21. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
22. Infinigate accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize.
23. The name of the winners can be obtained after 3rd of October 2025 by emailing marketing@Infinigate.com.
24. The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Programme and the winner shall participate on Infinigate’ reasonable request.
25. Infinigate accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Programme or accepting the Prize. Infinigate further accepts no liabilities for any injury or damage to Your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or third-parties links in connection with the Programme and or this link provided by Infinigate in accordance with the Terms of Use. Nothing in the in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Infinigate for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
26. Infinigate reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Programme with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud) and to amend those Terms and Conditions. The decision of Infinigate in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
27. Infinigate shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
28. The Programme will be governed by English law and Entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
