Helt arbeidsledige blir nok neppe et IR Team, men dersom volumet av hendelser vokser, betyr ikke også det at volumet av cyberrisikoer vi ikke klarer å redusere – de grunnleggende årsakene til disse hendelsene – også øker?

Trend Micro og Infinigate inviterer til et seminar med fokus på tema Threat Intelligence. Målet med seminaret er å vise hvordan Trend Micro kan potensielt berike deres leveranse på SOC tjenester og respons.

Vi møtes på det ærbødige Direktørkontoret på Sommerro. Et historisk og flott lokale som opprinnelig var kontoret til direktøren for Oslo Lysverker. Etter endt faglig del, går turen til restauranten Ahaan – en meget god og uformell Thai restaurant, med delingsmeny.

Rense Buijen

Rense Buijen is a seasoned IT and Security professional with an extensive background in threat intelligence and incident response. He has led technical startups and corporate functions alike in both product and services roles. Rense leads the global incident response division in Trend and will give some valuable insights into the inner workings of how threat actors operate, what their objectives are and how you can defend your organization against it.

David Walsh

David Walsh is a Senior Incident Response Analyst based in Ireland, with almost seven years of experience at Trend Micro. During his time there, he has held several roles, including in the fields of Technical Product Support and Malware/Threat Investigation Support. He holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Computer Forensics and Security, graduating with First Class Honours. David is a GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE) and also holds the GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID) certification. Additionally, he is a member of the GIAC Advisory Board.

He possesses skills in host and network forensics, crisis management during cyber breaches, and threat hunting. His expertise extends to specific information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) environments, making him adept at navigating complex cybersecurity challenges. David is particularly interested in enhancing the forensic capabilities of existing tools and has a keen focus on the evolving landscape of Ransomware-as-a-Service (RaaS) operators.
