Currently, you may be placing orders with Deltalink, Nuvias, or Infinigate BV, or even across multiple entities. Between 21/06/2024 and 23/07/2024, this process will be streamlined. During this period, some changes will be implemented, which may result in potential issues. To keep you informed, we have created this information hub.

The merger will occur in 3 stages:

Stage 1: 21/06/2024 – 01/07/2024
In this phase, we will transition Nuvias customers to Navision.

Stage 2: 15/07/2024
From 15/07/2024, Infinigate BV customers will conduct business with Infinigate Belgium BV.

Stage 3: 18/07/2024 – 23/07/2024
In this final phase, we will transition Deltalink customers to Navision.

After this merger, all business transactions will be conducted through a single legal entity, Infinigate Belgium BV, using the Navision system. The order portals for Deltalink (Deltanet) and Nuvias will be replaced by our new Partner Portal, IDConnect.

If you are purchasing from multiple entities, please ensure to check the specific changes for each entity.

  • 23/07/2024 – Deltalink Changes – For testing purposes, the reopening date of the Deltalink webshop has been changed from 22/07/2024 to 23/07/2024.
  • 05/07/2024 – The transition dates for Infinigate NL and Deltalink have been swapped.

  • 30/06/2024 – Nuvias Changes – Added: From July 1, Recupel tax will be charged on eligible items in accordance with Recupel legislation (www.recupel.be).
  • 29/06/2024 – Nuvias Changes – The reopening date of the Nuvias webshop has been changed from 01/06/2024 to (to be determined).
