Frequently Asked Questions

Until when can I place orders with Nuvias?
You can place orders via the webshop until 21/06/2024. From 21/06/2024 to 27/06/2024, orders can only be made via phone or email. We kindly ask you to reserve this method for urgent orders and place larger orders before 21/06/2024.

From 21/06 to 27/06, we will continue to process license and in-stock hardware orders that are requested via email. Hardware orders that are not in stock will be entered into the new system after 01/07/2024. As a customer, you do not need to take any action for this transition.

Orders delivered before 01/07/2024 will be processed by Nuvias BV. Orders delivered from 01/07/2024 onwards will receive a new order number and be processed by Infinigate Belgium BV. As a customer, you do not need to take any action for this change.

Will my payment terms change?
No, your payment terms will remain as they are.

Have my individual price agreements and partner statuses been transferred?
Yes, all agreements and statuses with Nuvias have been seamlessly transferred to Infinigate Belgium bv.

Will the Nuvias portal still be available?
Effective 04/07/2024, IDConnect will become the new Infinigate Partner Portal for placing orders, checking invoices and quotes, tracking orders, and much more. To access IDConnect, you will need to create a new account.
