The Deltalink webshop will stop operations on 18/07/2024. It will not be possible to place orders via our webshop until 23/07/2024. However, urgent orders can still be placed by email and phone.

As from 22/07, our company will now be known as Infinigate Belgium bv.

VAT Number

As from 22/07, our new VAT number is BE0452826187.

No Zyxel office pickup available from 22/07/2024

Please note that starting from July 22, 2024, Zyxel products can no longer be picked up from our office as Zyxel has moved to central supply.

Fortinet office pickup remains available

Fortinet products will continue to be available for office pickup as we will maintain a local warehouse for them.

Freight Charges

We are introducing a new flat fee for freight charges: 12 euros (excluding VAT).

Recupel Tax

From July 15, Recupel tax will be charged on eligible items in accordance with Recupel legislation (www.recupel.be).

Frequently Asked Questions

Until when can I place orders with Deltanet?
You can place orders through Deltanet until July 18, 2024. All orders placed before July 22, 2024, will be processed by Deltalink bv. From July 22, 2024, onwards, all orders will be processed by Infinigate Belgium bv.

Will I still receive a price list from Infinigate?
Yes, this functionality will be available at Go-Live or shortly thereafter.

Have my individual price agreements and partner statuses been transferred?
Yes, all agreements and statuses with Deltalink bv have been seamlessly transferred to Infinigate Belgium bv.

Will there be a protected partner area in Infinigate?
Effective 23/07/2024, IDConnect will become the new Infinigate Partner Portal for placing orders, checking invoices and quotes, tracking orders, and much more. To access IDConnect, you will need to create a new account. All existing Deltanet users will receive an activation email to create a new account.
