Review your opportunities now. Sophos is adjusting prices for selected products. The changes affect Sophos Firewall, Sophos Wireless and Sophos Email. Different effective dates apply to term-based licenses and MSP business, so now is a good time to review ongoing opportunities and renewals. Term-based licenses 1 November 2026 The new pricing for term-based licenses will apply from this date. MSP business 1 January 2027 New effective date for MSP pricing – Hardware as a Service is excluded. What is changing? The key changes at a glance Sophos Firewall XGS Hardware & Subscriptions +10% Prices for XGS Series hardware appliances and the associated subscriptions will increase. HWaaS is excluded Virtual, software and cloud subscriptions are excluded Accessories are excluded Sophos Wireless AP6 Access Points +10% Prices for AP6 Series access points will increase. One-year support increases from 5% to 10% of the hardware price MSP pricing will be adjusted accordingly Sophos Email Sophos Email +7.5% Pricing for Sophos Email will be adjusted. Sophos Email Plus is excluded Phish Threat and EMS are excluded Other Email add-ons are excluded What should you do now? Use the lead time to review your current opportunities. Check which projects, renewals or quotations could be affected by the new pricing. This gives you time to inform your customers and prioritise open sales opportunities before the changes take effect.
