With the new Surface Command and Exposure Command solutions, Rapid7 enables your customers to gain a complete overview of all potentially vulnerable assets (devices, users, network segments, etc.) in an organisation. This enables your customers to better recognise and understand their own vulnerabilities. For example, a server in a test environment to which users have administrator access but which is not protected by an IAM solution would be a very high risk for an attack.

The solution utilises data from existing management solutions such as EDR, ticketing, SIEM, vulnerability management, firewall management, network management, MFA and IAM. The data is then aggregated, normalised, correlated and optimally summarised in text and graphical form using AI. This intelligent combination of existing data, taking into account how up-to-date it is and combining it with findings from external scans of the network enables a complete overview of all potentially vulnerable assets in the company to be obtained. This overview can then be filtered and searched according to various criteria and your customers can better understand threats using graphical representations.
