Demo Units

Commissioning

You fill out the form with all the required information and accept the general terms and conditions and our loan agreements. Our sales department receives the form and processes it accordingly. An internal check is carried out to determine which equipment is available and whether we can fulfil your loan request immediately or with a delay. After a successful check, you will receive an order confirmation from our logistics department. You will receive the goods from our supplier within the next 2-3 working days. A delivery note is enclosed with the goods, please keep this carefully until the end of the test period. If something is not included in the package that is noted on the delivery note, please inform us immediately.

Test phase

If you have noted in the loan application that you would like technical support, our support team will contact you. Alternatively you can of course contact our support at any time.

Our sales or TechServices team will contact you regularly to check your status.

If you are unable to make use of the agreed period, please contact us in good time so that we can check whether we can approve an extension.

End of the test phase

At the end of the test period, please pack the rental item incl. accessories in the corresponding cardboard box. Please consider the mentioned scope of delivery document.

Upon receipt of the goods, we will check the scope of return delivery and the integrity of the goods. We reserve the right to issue an invoice and a handling fee in case of damage to the goods or missing accessories.

Demo Units form

Demo-Unit-Aggreement

The demo unit remains property of Infinigate (Schweiz) AG until a possible purchase of the demo unit requester.

The hirer may use the demo unit in the agreed period, which stands in the property of the loaner, in the agreed way and without the permission of the loaner it is not allowed to pass it on to third parties.

The hirer is obliged to return the demo unit after the defined period of time, this is also valid for third parties.

If the demo unit is not returned by the agreed time to Infinigate we reserve the right to invoice the hirer 150 CHF for each week of delay.

The demo unit must be sent back after the defined time period (the date of receipt is essential) to Infinigate (Schweiz) AG with the undamaged original packaging including all accessoires (cables, manuals, CD’s, licenses etc.).

The time period begins at the point of dispatch through Infinigate (Schweiz) AG.

If the demo unit is not returned complete and in undamaged original packaging by the agreed time, we reserve the rights to charge the current dealer purchase price!

In case of missing components (cable, connecting parts, missing license-document, -certificate, CD or similar) or changed respectively non-reversible passwords, we reserve the rights of an advance payment of 150 CHF for the depreciation and as an expense allowance.

Every damage related to the dispatch or usage of the demo unit must be substituted by full amount through the hirer to Infinigate (Schweiz) AG. Opening the appliance is in any case strictly forbidden.

The hirer assures that there are no personal, company internal or otherwise sensible data saved on the demo unit. There is the possibility that the demo units are sent back to the (foreign) manufacturer without further examination. Software (also demo-software) must be completly deleted from the test machine. Any preset passwords must not be changed. Further, demo-unit- / eval-agreements of the manufacturer(s) count.
