Active Threat Response: Automated protection at switch and WLAN level

With Active Threat Response, Sophos automates the isolation of compromised hosts directly at the access level. As soon as a threat feed, for example from Sophos MDR, XDR or third-party solutions, identifies a threat, an immediate response is triggered: Affected devices are reliably isolated from the rest of the network via Sophos switches or AP6 series access points.

This function is particularly effective in combination with Sophos Network Detection and Response (NDR), which detects suspicious activity deep within the network. The automated response provides valuable time for clean-up and prevents lateral movement of compromised systems.
