ZoneDirector Support Service runtime missing or expiring

If you have activated your new license and your ZoneDirector does not have the Support Service Term or has an incorrect date, you can download the current Support Service license key from the link below:

ExtremeCloud IQ (XIQ) Subscription Lizenzen

ExtremeCloud IQ (XIQ) Subscription License
ExtremeCloud IQ (XIQ) Subscription purchased on or after November 4. 2020, no longer include an Entitlement Key for activation. The Product Fulfilment Letter attached to Customer email with License Instructions will no longer contain an Entitlement Key. The letter will include a link to ExtremePortal to view the ExtremeCloud IQ Licensing Instructions. Customers must link their ExtremePortal account with their ExtremeCloud IQ to see and use the entitlements purchased.

Partners: To connect the customer account to XIQ, please click on “Link My Extreme Portal Account” and use your partner account as a log-in. The system will recognize your partner account and ask for the customer’s CUID number. The CUID number for your customer is a part of the Welcome Letter received. You will receive the welcome letter with your first order. This is a one-time operation only and once connected, any subsequent purchase or renewal to your customer account linked to this XIQ will be automatically provisioned.

The linking action between XIQ to Extreme Support Portal is instantaneous and devices can be managed immediately, as is onboarding devices, BUT the visibility to those licenses (showing the correct number of the devices in the table) takes up to 24 hours to appear. This is because there is a once-a-day sync between the XIQ and LEM. If devices are removed from the inventory of XIQ, it takes up to 24 hours for the licenses to be released and populated in LEM to be reused.

Aruba Central Lizenzen


For Aruba Central licenses, you must activate the licenses on the Greenlake HPE Portal. You / the end customer have received the licences by email. On this mail you will find a link to the portal https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com. Open it. Here you will find your subscription key and the corresponding PDF document. If you cannot activate the licences on this website, you can copy the subscription key and add it directly in the Greenlake HPE portal under Manage > Subscription > Add Device Subscription.

You can activate your Aruba licenses on the following Aruba portal: https://asp.arubanetworks.com/

To do this, log in and navigate to “License Management”. This is where all your licenses are managed. 
To assign a new license, for example to your new Mobility Controller, navigate to: Licenses > Activate and now you can run the Activate Wizzard. 
You will find the Order and Confirmation Number in your order.


After activation, you will receive the licence key, which can then be added to your controller.

Sophos central admin 

To use the licences, you must use the corresponding activation code on the licence plan. If you have an existing Central Account or Trial and wish to upgrade with the new licence, the following steps must be followed:

  • Log in to your Sophos Central Admin account
  • Search for your account name at the top right of the user interface. Click on the name and select Licences.
  • In the Apply Activation Code field, enter your key and click Apply.

If you want to create a new account, start with a trial version, which you can request at Sophos Central Trial. Follow the instructions to start the trial and activate the account as described above. For more information, please refer to the Sophos Central online help.

Sophos Firewall, Sophos Firewall Manager und Sophos iView V2

In the licence information you will find serial number(s) and/or licence key(s). Register your product in the web console (System > Maintenance > Licences) or in your MySophos account. You cannot use your product until you have registered it. If licence keys are included in the licence information, you must use them to activate or renew subscriptions for already registered products. You can also do this via the product’s web console or MySophos. Please follow the instructions in the user guides of the respective products at www.sophos.de/support/docs or the MySophos Guide. If you have purchased virtual or software products, please download the installers from MySophos in the Network Protection section. If you do not have an account yet, please click on the Create Sophos ID link at www.sophos.de/mysophos

Sophos UTM 

In your licence information you will find all the licence keys you need to activate in our MyUTM licence management portal to create your UTM licence. Please follow the instructions in the MyUTM user guide. 

Sophos XG Serie 

Please note that a licence file is no longer required for the Sophos XG appliance, the licence is always linked to the appliance (serial number). 
This can be activated directly on the system using a serial number (System -> Maintenance -> Licensing) or via a MySophos account.

Sophos Cloud 

Please use the licence activation key in the licence information to activate your licence. If you already have a cloud account or are using a trial version and would like to upgrade with your new licence, please log in to your account. Click on the “Account” link in the dashboard view, select “Administration” and enter your activation key in the corresponding field. Then click on “Apply Activation Code”. You want to set up a new cloud account? Then first request a test version via http://www.sophos.com/cloud. Follow the instructions and activate your account as described above.

Sophos Mobile Control 

Sophos Mobile Control Standard
The licence key is listed in the licence information in the section “Licences”. This must be entered during installation on the corresponding page of the installation wizard in the web console. When renewing the licence, the licence key must be entered as the ‘Default licence key’ in the “Licence” tab under “Settings” > “System settings”. 

Sophos Mobile Control Advanced 
In the licence information, two licence keys are listed in the ‘Licences’ section. The key for ‘Mobile Control (Key)’ must be entered during installation on the corresponding page of the installation wizard. The additional licence key for ‘Mobile Control Module’ must be entered after installation in the web console in the “Licence” tab under “Settings” > “System Settings”. When renewing the licence, you must enter the licence key for ‘Mobile Control (Key)’ as the ‘Standard licence key’ in the ‘Licence’ tab under ‘Settings’ > ‘System settings’ in the web console and the licence key for ‘Mobile Control Module’ as the ‘Advanced licence key’.

Sophos Mobile Control Standard – SAAS 
You will receive a separate activation email sent to the technical administrator of the account. This will explain how to access Sophos Mobile Control as a Service and how to obtain your credentials. If you renew, your licence will be automatically renewed. 

Sophos Mobile Control Advanced – SAAS 

You will receive a separate activation email sent to the technical administrator of the account. This will explain how to access Sophos Mobile Control as a Service and how to obtain your credentials. Once logged in to the Sophos Mobile Control web console, click ‘Settings > ‘System settings’ and enter the license key for ‘Mobile Control Module’ as ‘Advanced license key’.  When the licence is renewed, the account access is automatically extended. Please enter the licence key for ‘Mobile Control Module’ as ‘Advanced Licence Key’ in the ‘Licence’ tab of the web console under ‘Settings’ > ‘System Settings’.

Sophos Clean 

The licensing plan contains your Sophos Clean licence codes. This code must be entered for each device running Sophos Clean. The following options are available to do this:

  • Start Sophos Clean. Go to the settings and enter the code accordingly in the licence area.
  • Sophos Clean in Comand using SophosClean.exe /LIC=<licence code>. Replace <licence code> with the appropriate code

Important: The device must have an internet connection to complete the licensing process.

Sophos iView 

In your licence information you will find all the licence keys you need to activate in our MyUTM licence management portal to create your Sophos iView licence. Please follow the instructions in the user guide.

Appliances (Email and Web) 

You will receive a separate email for each appliance type purchased (e.g. web appliance and/or email appliance) with setup instructions and the required activation code(s).

Safeguard 

The link to your licence file is included in the licence information in the “Licences” section. Please open the link and save the file via “File” > “Save as” on your desktop. Make sure that the file type is “.xml”. You must then import the licence file into your Policy Editor or Management Centre.

Download products

To access product downloads unlocked for you other than Sophos UTM, you need a MySophos account and to link your credentials to it. 

To download your product, please note the following 3 points:

  1. Create a MySophos account – if you have already created one, skip this point.
  2. Mlink your access data to your MySophos account. You will find the access data in the section “Access data” in the enclosed licence information.
  3. Download and install your software using your access data https://secure.sophos.de/support/updates

General notes

The licence information replaces any test access data you may have received in advance. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes to activate your access data after receiving this email.

Registration
The registration keys listed in the attached certificate must be registered under the following link in order to receive an activation key for them: https://olr.trendmicro.com/registration/eu/de/login.aspx Here you can open an account in which you enter the licences of all your customers. If your customers manage the licences themselves, individual accounts can also be generated.

Activation/installation of the product
After registering, you will receive an Activation Key. Download the corresponding product at ” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>http://www.trendmicro.com/download/emea/default.asp?lng=de -> “Download test version” and activate it as a full version with your Activation Key.


Renewal

If you already have the product in operation, you only need to click the button “Check status online” in the management console of the product under the menu item “Product licences” – the licence server of TrendMicro will then be contacted and the licence duration extended accordingly. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours until the licence servers at TrendMicro are updated with the current term.
