Juniper Networks Business Manager Responsible for the execution of overall UKI Juniper Networks business plan, as well as leadership of the dedicated vendor team. Some dotted line responsibility for the leadership and output of our Juniper Networks EMEA Center of Excellence (CoE). Duties & Responsibilities Liaise with the regional vendor stakeholders at all levels up to EMEA Channel Head To maintain an eco-system with Juniper Networks sales peers at all levels driving alignment and commercial upside. Represent Infinigate and your Vendor at high profile meetings and industry events. Take lead in the creation and execution of the annual business plan. Collating data and formulating reports to present management information, internally and externally. Arrange and Chair QBR’s Accurate forecasting of revenue and gross profit streams using CRM Ensure all Infinigate, vendor & partner activity is tracked and progressed within CRM. Coordinating quarterly and annual marketing plans alongside senior marketing stakeholders Execute on key performance indicators, both individually and as a team Working closely with Procurement/Inventory, supporting inventory profiling, stock programs, rotations, aging stock, escalations. Regular travel is to be expected (office, vendor & partner) Presenting the commercial proposition of the Infinigate & Juniper partnership to senior reseller contacts Manage report and maximise Juniper rebate incentive program. Consider operational efficiencies for a high-volume business, leading change if and when appropriate. Commercial judgement is expected on an ongoing basis, supporting the team to make appropriate decisions to maximise revenue for Infinigate Undertake regular 1-1s and performance reviews with the team. Prerequisites Proven track record in leading a team to revenue growth for Advanced Networking (or closely associated) product lines. 10 + years in an IT channel sales position 3+ years’ experience managing a multi-level team.
