We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Product Management team based in Woking! We are seeking a dynamic candidate seeking to utilise excellent support and administrative skills in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This role will provide high level support to the Product Specialist and Account Management teams, whilst offering the opportunity to learn the product and actively engage with our customer base. We are pleased to offer this opportunity as hybrid based in our Woking office, 3 days in office, 2 days working from home. Our offices are easily accessible via public transport or by car with free onsite parking.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To build key relationships within vendors to facilitate in day to day business, channel and internal communications and support.
  • Assistance with on-boarding and enabling resellers in conjunction with the Commercial Sales function.
  • Conduct price and delivery negotiations with vendors and resellers and follow-up on all project quotations and opportunities..
  • At all time to use tools (deal registrations, discounts, knowledge) to maximise margin and revenue
  • To provide quote support to Commercial Sales team where required.
  • Identification and qualification of projects with the resellers and management throughout sales cycle
  • Assist the Business Manager in Forecast planning and management
  • Stock management support where applicable
  • Consistently update and manage CRM to help provide an accurate activity record.
  • Maintain the expected level of Key Performance Indicators and levels of productivity (phone calls, meetings)

General Skills

  • Proven channel experience selling products and solutions with a large range of resellers and a consistent track record of achievement
  • Knowledge of products and services within the relevant Practice(s)
  • Excellent IT Skills, including proficiency in CRM Systems, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to use CRM systems including accessing, inputting and compiling data
