This course is the final level of technical training for Sophos Central Endpoint & Server. It follows the Engineer and Architect levels and provides you with the necessary expertise to offer professional technical support for partners and customers. It helps to build knowledge of how to identify issues that occur, how to analyse these in depth as well as provide experience with common debugging tools. This is supported by a series of hands-on exercises to gain experience in solving common support cases in a lab environment.

This course builds on previous courses and goes into much greater depth on the products and technologies. As a Sophos partner you will be able to successfully pass the Sophos Certified Technician Central Endpoint & Server exam at the end of the training and will then be able to offer partners and customers expertise in technical support for their Sophos Central Endpoint and Server services
