David Martinez, Co-Founder and President
David Martinez co-founded Infinigate 1996 and was its CEO till March 2018. He started his career in the IT industry already in 1984. Prior to founding Infinigate, David Martinez was successfully managing IT companies either as managing director, member of the management or as founder. After studying business economics, he worked in various industries and positions in sales and marketing. David Martinez has a high affinity for IT technologies.
Axel Schultze, Board Member
Axel Schultze is co-founder and CEO of Society3 Group AG, a global entrepreneurs and innovations support organization, with representation in 27 countries. Before that, Axel Schultze was founder and CEO of Silicon Valley based BlueRoads, a retail sales management software as a service and co-founder and CEO of Infinigate AG from 1996 to 2001. He also was a pioneer in Equity Crowdfunding with the world’s first crowdfunding platform Webstock. Further he was founder and CEO of Computer 2000, Europe’s largest computer distributor. Axel Schultze started his career at Rockwell International.
Dr. Holger Kleingarn, Board Member
Holger Kleingarn is Managing Director at H.I.G. European Capital Partners in Hamburg. Previously, he was a partner and member of the management board of London-based Palamon Capital Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on mid-market transactions in Europe. Previously, he was CEO of a medium-sized software company. He started his professional career at the management consultancies Bain & Company and Roland Berger. Holger Kleingarn holds a doctorate and a degree in business administration.
Christian Kraul-von Renner, Board Member
Christian Kraul-von Renner is a Principal at H.I.G. European Capital Partners in Hamburg. Prior to that, he worked in management consultancies, most recently at L.E.K. Consulting in Munich and London, where he advised on numerous private equity transactions in the small and mid-cap segment. In addition, he supported several well-known corporates in carrying out portfolio analyses and implementing growth strategies. Christian Kraul-von Renner worked during his studies in New York and London and obtained a degree in business administration.
