Kristiina brings over 25 years’ experience in international finance and leadership, with deep expertise in M&As, change management and a strong track record of value creation. She played a prominent role she played in the creation of Europe’s second largest Electronics Manufacturing Services, being instrumental to the successful merger of two companies, the Enics Group and GPV International, driving profitable growth globally.
Kristiina helps to steer the next phase of the Infinigate Group’s evolution, following its considerable expansion through both organic and acquisitive growth, to achieve the potential inherent in the combined assets of the Infinigate Group and the buoyant cybersecurity market.

Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum

As Chief Growth Officer, Denis’s mandate is to secure the continued, robust growth trend Infinigate has established and sustained for over fifteen years. The CGO’s role is at the very core of Infinigate’s philosophy, bringing its ‘Spark your growth’ promise to life, its mission being entirely focussed on aligning all teams and resources to generate maximum growth for Infinigate, vendors, channel partners and its alliances. Denis brings the benefits of an international career with 30 years’ experience in enterprise IT, including VADs, resellers and vendors. His academic background and experience in electronic engineering and computer science provides added technical and technology expertise and in-depth understanding of the market.

Nicolas Frech

Chief Integration Officer

Nicolas Frech is Chief Integration Officer and Chief of Staff (CoS) at the Infinigate Group. His focus is on driving integration programmes, coordinating change management, fostering business growth through synergy capture and performance improvement across functions. He also leads the Group’s executive governance on behalf of the CEO. An expert in operational leadership, strategy development and execution as well as transformation and M&A projects, Nicolas brings over a decade’s international C-suite and board-level experience across multiple industries. Spanning consulting and IT distribution with Accenture in Poland, private equity value creation assignments including a tenure as MD for a global chemical company’s operations in Mexico, and corporate development roles within a global high-tech business in Germany.

Steinar Ostbye

Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CSTO)

As Infinigate’s CSTO, he leads the organisation’s transformation, tuning it for maximum growth, with emphasis on accelerating digitalisation and expanding the portfolio of cybersecurity solutions.

Steinar brings 20+ years of experience in strategic, international roles, focused on defining and executing growth and transformation agendas, especially in tech-led industries. Hi experience in strategic management and business transformation stands him in good stead to make a substantial contribution to Infinigate’s next phase of growth.

Andreas Bechtold

RVP DACH and East

Andreas Bechtold is Regional Vice President for the DACH region and for Eastern Europe at the Infinigate Group, leading the strategic development of the company in this important geography.

An accomplished senior executive with over 20 years’ experience, Andreas joined Infinigate Germany in 2000 and has held several leadership positions, including a Group-wide role as Europe President, Managing Director of Infinigate Germany and Regional Vice President for the DACH region for 15 years. He played a key role in the development of the Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and the Value-Add Services (VAS) for the Infinigate Group as well as supporting the expansion of the company’s geographic reach.

Nidal Othman

Nidal Othman is MEA CEO for the Infinigate Group. He is responsible for spearheading the company’s operations and growth in the region. Nidal is an accomplished information security expert with over 25 years’ experience and a track record of building successful teams in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to the merger with Infinigate, Nidal was the CEO of StarLink and pivotal in establishing its reputation as a pre-eminent, trusted cybersecurity and cloud added-value distributor in the MEA region.

Mahmoud Nimer

President MEA
Infinigate Group

Mahmoud Nimer is MEA President for the Infinigate Group, bringing almost three decades of leadership experience in information security across multiple industries. This includes 18 years as Founder, General Manager and President of StarLink, the market-leading VAD in cybersecurity, secure cloud and intelligent automation in Middle East and Africa, before its merger with Infinigate in 2022.

As a leader in the IT industry, Mahmoud is passionate about driving strategic channel and vendor collaborations with the aim to strengthen the region’s capabilities with innovative and disruptive technologies. His core role is to accelerate business growth in the MEA region by identifying new streams of channel engagement and value creation.

Thomas Hagelid

RVP Benelux & Nordics

Thomas Hagelid is RVP Benelux and Nordics, responsible for driving Infinigate’s strategic growth across this vast region. Prior to his latest role, Thomas was the Manging Director of Infinigate Norway (former Nocom Security) since 2006.
