About us

We are a leading technology platform and trusted cybersecurity distributor headquartered in Switzerland, with established entities across EMEA and Australia/NZ. As we continue to grow, we are committed to strengthening our governance, risk, and compliance framework worldwide.

The role is based in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, with a hybrid working model of 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home per week.

To support this, we are now looking for a Compliance Officer who will work closely with our General Counsel and key business units to ensure our operations meet legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements across all regions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a global compliance framework aligned with Swiss, EU, UK, and APAC regulations applicable to distribution, cybersecurity, export controls, and trade sanctions.
  • Monitor and interpret applicable laws and regulations and translate them into clear policies and procedures.
  • Support the roll‑out and training of compliance programs for employees and third parties across EMEA, Middle East and Australia/NZ.
  • Conduct risk‑based compliance assessments and reviews of business processes, contracts, and organizational controls; propose and track remediation actions.
  • Assist in maintaining a code of conduct, whistleblower / speaking‑up channels, and related awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Operations to ensure trade, pricing, and contractual practices are compliant (e.g., competition / antitrust, incentives, gift & hospitality, sanctions screening).
  • Act as the key contact point for compliance inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners, providing clear guidance and escalation paths.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, registers, and reporting, including periodic updates to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field; legal training (e.g., LLB / law degree or equivalent) is a strong plus.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, ideally in an international B2B environment.
  • Solid understanding of Swiss, EU, and UK regulatory frameworks, willingness to deepen knowledge of Middle East and Australian / NZ regulations.
  • Experience with compliance risk assessments, and awareness‑raising activities.
  • A good understanding of commercial contracts, distribution models, and channel business, including value-added resellers, managed service providers, and resellers, is a clear advantage.
  • Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive; able to work independently.
  • Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and strong ethical judgment in all business decisions and interactions.
