Legal Counsel (Maternity Cover 6–8 Months) Legal Counsel (Maternity Cover 6–8 Months) We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel – Commercial to join our legal team on a temporary maternity cover basis (6–8 months). This role supports the business by providing commercial legal advice and ensuring continuity across key legal activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide commercial legal advice to various business units Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Support the management of legal and commercial risks About You: Qualified Solicitor in the UK or a similar jurisdiction with 4–5+ years PQE Strong experience in commercial law and in-house legal environments Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and interpersonal skills This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic legal team in a hands-on commercial role.
