Registration fee includes:

  • Two nights’ accommodation at a luxury hotel in Barcelona, including breakfast. Accommodation will be allocated by Canalys in one of our luxury channel partner hotels.
  • Lunches and evening networking reception at the Canalys Festival.
  • Access to full in-person agenda, including f2f 1:1 meetings.
  • Access pre and post event, to the digital platform for on demand content.
  • Access to a complimentary virtual ticket link to share with an unlimited number of colleagues. This virtual ticket provides access to on demand content post event. There will be no live streaming of content sessions.

Not included in the registration fee:

  • Flights are NOT included, and channel partners are responsible for booking their own.
  • Canalys recommend channel partners arrive in Barcelona on Tuesday, October 6th and depart on Thursday, October 8th, 2026, after 4:00PM CET. Airport transfers are NOT provided.

The discounted registration fees are listed below, rising with the number of partners already registered, favouring early registrants who will benefit from a lower fee (regular ticket price is €2,500).
