As a Value-Added Distributor we aim to deliver long-term value to our stakeholders, built on mutual respect and trust. We encourage all our stakeholders to report any form of illegal, unethical and fraudulent activity not compliant with our code of ethics, following our Whistleblowing policy, in complete confidentiality and anonymously if preferred.

Ethical behaviour involves more than just observing the law. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct (the “Code”) sets out the fundamental principles, standards and conduct that enable us to successfully pursue our mission, accomplish our goals and promote our values.

Our core values are Mutual Respect, Partnership, Integrity and Excellence. We like to build long-term relationships with suppliers who are committed to these values. The code forms integral part of the onboarding process for all new vendors and suppliers to create an ethical and responsible supply chain.
