Peter Meier

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Peter leads Infinigate’s finance function, optimising Infinigate’s financial assets and supporting the M&A agenda. As part of his remit, he oversees Infinigate’s HR, IT and Logistic functions, ensuring a coherent strategy at Group level.

Peter is a primary contributor to Infinigate’s ambitious growth strategy, by helping to shape the company’s next gen operating platform, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

He brings long-standing experience as CFO and Management Board member of global technology companies where he successfully led operational business transformation.

His experience includes his tenure as Group CFO/COO of DKV Mobility, the leading European B2B platform for on-the-road payments and solutions, his group CFO roles at HERE Technologies, a global leader in digital location mapping, CEO/CFO at KUONI Group, a leading international travel company, and CFO at the Swiss industrial corporation Sulzer LTD.

Alexandre Remy

Chief Strategy Officer & M&A

As Chief Strategy Officer and M&A and part of Infinigate’s Executive Board, Alexandre is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, including expansion through acquisitive growth through mergers and acquisitions.

Alexandre has been with the company for over 3 years, previously covering roles such as VP Strategy and VP of Transformation.

Alexandre brings the benefit of over 10 years’ international experience in the IT channel, and of his deep technical and market knowledge.

Denis Ferrand-Ajchenbaum

As Chief Growth Officer, Denis’s mandate is to secure the continued, robust growth trend Infinigate has established and sustained for over fifteen years. The CGO’s role is at the very core of Infinigate’s philosophy, bringing its ‘Spark your growth’ promise to life, its mission being entirely focussed on aligning all teams and resources to generate maximum growth for Infinigate, vendors, channel partners and its alliances. Denis brings the benefits of an international career with 30 years’ experience in enterprise IT, including VADs, resellers and vendors. His academic background and experience in electronic engineering and computer science provides added technical and technology expertise and in-depth understanding of the market.

Martine Hill

Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, and part of Infinigate’s Executive Board, Martine leads the company’s Global People strategy, Sustainability agenda and internal communications. With more than 25 years of experience in the IT channel Martine brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for creating an inclusive, high performing culture. Through a focus on leadership development, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness Martine ensures that Infinigate continues to attract, retain and empower exceptional talent.

Martine has previously covered roles as EMEA HR Director and VP of People and Culture.

Nidal Othman

Nidal Othman is MEA CEO for the Infinigate Group. He is responsible for spearheading the company’s operations and growth in the region. Nidal is an accomplished information security expert with over 25 years’ experience and a track record of building successful teams in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to the merger with Infinigate, Nidal was the CEO of StarLink and pivotal in establishing its reputation as a pre-eminent, trusted cybersecurity and cloud added-value distributor in the MEA region.

Mahmoud Nimer

President MEA

Mahmoud Nimer is MEA President for the Infinigate Group, bringing almost three decades of leadership experience in information security across multiple industries. This includes 18 years as Founder, General Manager and President of StarLink, the market-leading VAD in cybersecurity, secure cloud and intelligent automation in Middle East and Africa, before its merger with Infinigate in 2022.

As a leader in the IT industry, Mahmoud is passionate about driving strategic channel and vendor collaborations with the aim to strengthen the region’s capabilities with innovative and disruptive technologies. His core role is to accelerate business growth in the MEA region by identifying new streams of channel engagement and value creation.

André Stark

RVP Infinigate DACH

As RVP of Infinigate across the DACH region, André is architecting the next phase of growth of this important geography for the Infinigate Group.

André brings 30 years’ experience in the Telco/Digital/IT/BPO sector as a recognised leader in Germany and Europe. Having worked at Telekom and other world class organisations such as BMW, he brings a wealth of leadership and management experience covering both the corporate and SMB markets.

Justin Griffiths

RVP UK&I

Justin brings to Infinigate over 30 years’ experience as an IT channel leader within global organisations with an extensive knowledge and understanding of the channel business model. Justin is leading the UK&I team to sustain and drive growth and development for one of the key European markets for Infinigate.

Thomas Hagelid

As RVP of Infinigate across the NSE region, Thomas is responsible for driving Infinigate’s strategic growth across this vast region. Prior to his latest role, Thomas covered the role of RVP Benelux and Nordics.

Doru Manea

Doru Manea is RVP East, driving growth for Infinigate, channel and vendor partners across Eastern Europe. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT sector, as founder and CEO of Netsafe, now part of the Infinigate Group, Doru is leading local teams to take advantage of the considerable expansion opportunity in the region.
