Fortinet Selects Infinigate as First Distributor with OT Specialisation in Germany

Haar, Germany – 18 February 2025 – The Infinigate Group, the leading technology platform and trusted advisor in Cybersecurity, Cloud and Network Infrastructure, is marking another significant milestone as a Fortinet Distributor and Trusted Advisor by being the only distributor in Germany with a recognised specialisation in the field of Operational Technology (OT).

Operational Technology is the hardware and software that controls and monitors industrial equipment, processes, and infrastructure, critical to the smooth running of both private and public sectors of industry. Recent upgraded and more stringent cybersecurity legislation, such as NIS2 and CRA, has been encouraging higher standards of protection for business data assets and is particularly relevant for OT, in view of the essential services it provides society.
