Rotkreuz, Switzerland – 31 August 2022 – Infinigate Group, the pan-European value-added distributor (VAD) of cybersecurity solutions today announced the acquisition of cloud solution provider (CSP) Vuzion to create the first VAD combining cybersecurity and cloud services. This unique Secure Cloud value proposition will enable Infinigate and Vuzion resellers and partners to support the SMB sector on the journey to the cloud – enabling them to maximise the value of their cloud investments and accelerate growth.

Vuzion is an innovative Microsoft powerhouse Europe’s leading independent cloud services provider. It delivers best-of-breed, hand-picked cloud solutions with a core focus on marketing and technical abilities and was the first Microsoft UK provider to cover a full spectrum of offerings across the cloud platform partner ecosystem. Over the past three years Vuzion recorded strong organic year-on-year growth of more than 30% each year and has a rapidly expanding customer base. Vuzion Managing Director, Michael Frisby, a 13-year Microsoft veteran, will be joining Infinigate as SVP Cloud Services and will drive Vuzion growth within Infinigate across EMEA.

Increasingly, cybersecurity start-ups are operating a fully subscription-based model and the acquisition will enable Infinigate to channel Vuzion’s wealth of experience in helping both vendors and partners adapt to this model. Emerging cybersecurity start-ups also view access to the Microsoft channel as a key asset, and Infinigate will now be able to offer best-in-breed solutions for both cybersecurity and cloud.
