Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy

As a value-added distributor, we have a great responsibility, not only to our suppliers and customers, but especially to our employees. We believe that responsibility, trust and accountability go hand in hand to ensure the success of our business. We strive to ensure that our actions do not cause harm to the people, environment and communities in which we operate. At Infinigate, we recognise the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion. We therefore strive to incorporate ED&I factors into every part of our business to ensure greater participation and promote not only our success as a company, but also the success of our teams and individual employees.

Enviromental, Social and Governance policy

A company's responsibility to its stakeholders and the environment begins with its core principles and the principles by which it conducts its business. This policy describes the environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors that will set the standard for our activities and the way we interact with our stakeholders. Infinigate aligns its USG policy with the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact. By implementing the 10 principles of the United Nation Global Compact (UNGC), we aim not only to live up to our responsibility towards our employees, the protection of our planet and our community, but also to lay the foundation for our long-term success.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Our core values are Mutual Respect, Partnership, Integrity and Excellence. We like to build long-term relationships with suppliers who are committed to these values as well. This Supplier Code of conduct supports the development of those relationships by setting out certain standards that we expect all of the suppliers we work with to follow. Our Code is not designed to provide specific guidance on every situation we may encounter, where we might need to answer the question, “What is the right thing to do?” It does however provide principle-based guidance that helps us think about difficult questions, promoting consultation, and encouraging us to voice our concerns.. The code forms integral ethical part of the onboarding process for all new vendors joining the portfolio and we proud to be part of the growth and opportunities from our customers to create an ethical and responsible supply chain.
